I think everyone agrees that there has been way too much Jennifer Lawrence in these movies. I did really like Days of Future Past and Logan, and the first one and the other first one... ...also, Dude, X-men is not the preferred nomenclature. X-Person, please
This trailer is better than the US trailer Still, Mystique getting blasted is too much of a spoiler to be in the trailer
yikes Bub https://www.usatoday.com/story/life...men-last-stand-forgettable-effort/1326884001/ Review: Forgettable 'Dark Phoenix' flames out as an X-Men franchise finale
It really is a shame they butchered Dark Phoenix twice. In the hands of the more competent Marvel, Dark Phoenix could have legitimately been the next Endgame level finale they build up to for a decade. As is, nobody gave a f**k about Sansa Grey in her second movie. The movie nobody wanted to begin with. This is the first of the main X-Men movies I have zero interest in seeing at the theater. I'm ready for Marvel to get their hands on this, probably gonna need a cool down period first.
18% on RT so far..... but I usually agree with Joblo.com reviews, they gave it a 7/10, so I have some hope
ALL of the X-Men movies (with exception of Logan and The Wolverine) have been like... like a bowl of nondescript sugary cereal for breakfast. Sure, you'll eat it. And you may even enjoy it a bit while you're eating it. But then, as soon as you are done, you have completely forgotten it. No real substance, just forgettable fluff.
I understand that Boy George is making a comeback, but choosing him for the lead in this movie was a mistake.
