Saw this a couple of hours ago when the story just broke. I thought it was merely typical TMZ clickbait and decided to ignore it. Come back to that subreddit 30 minutes ago, and the story has blown up and has become a discussion. This can't possibly be real, right?
HMMMMM..... Patrick Kane (NHL star) just found himself in a similar predicament. Curious to see the outcome of both cases. Everyone is in a very tough position in this situation.

Seriously I don't even understand the women coming out with this NOW unless it were for justice. But it's not about justice (i.e. jail time), it's about getting paid and attempting to ruin a man's reputation, likely out of spite.
Did you just...reply to yourself? Anyways, even if this whole thing were true, how are they gonna go about presenting the case? It's been two years, every trail must have ran cold and dried by now.

I personally know Derrick and Randall (his friend accused of joining in on this) and in my mind there is absolutely no way this is true. Not even a slight chance. I have hungout with Derrick and Randall while there was a girl sleeping in the other room and never once was anything like this ever discussed. I've been at a party at derricks house, Randall was there as well....there were literally over 100 females there and less than 20 guys. Girls are throwing themselves at them...and me and they didn't even know who the hell I was. There is just no way this is true. I also know 4-5 other very close friends of derricks....notably Tim flowers and a few lesser know guys in his crew. At no point ever, not once has anyone ever talked about "gangbangs" "trains" or anything of the sort. This kind of story makes me sick. Some girl trying to get paid.

It just keeps getting better for Derek Rose and Adidas. I'm wondering when Adidas will run out of money or when they will fire their basketball VP.
I know a person who was roofied and they didn't do anything because they didn't want to admit what happened to them since they really can't remember much. They rather forget it and think it was a dream. No girl wants to admit that they were raped. Imagine you woke up one morning thinking you had a dream that someone you knew was butt raping you but it wasn't very vivid. Would you go to police not remember any details or ignore it hoping it was just a bad dream.
So you ignore it as clickbait because it's on TMZ, but suddenly believe it because random folks on a subredit discuss the article. Whut?
