Yea several states made it easier to make it a legal defense for running over protesters. I don’t think North Dakota was one of them and it sounds like this wasn’t at a protest but at a street dance. This guy should be prosecuted and if ND has a law like that and he ends up getting exonerated because of a law like that it’s a bad law.
The difference between folks on the right vs folks on the left is unlike pretending to being a party of law and order while defending crimals we don't give a fk about party loyalty.
