China vs Italy: 07/07 7:00 am Houston time

This will be the last game for Ming to play for Chinese National team in China. Chinese fans have to wait for 6 years to see Ming in China at 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

(Ming will attend 2002 Asian Games, 2004 Olympic Games and 2005 Asian Tounament. But all these games will not be held in China.)

In this four-country tounament, Ming is the best player in all the teams by far.

    1. China vs Italy
    Ming 28 points, 80% FG

    2. China vs Yugaslavia
Ming 27 points, He only lost the last two shootings.

    3. China vs Australia
    Ming 9 points, 100 FG +10 rebounds+3 assists.

    4. China vs Yugaslavia
    Ming 23 points.

    5. China vs Australia
    Ming 22 points.

In four out of these five games, Ming led the scoring in both teams.

    Good Luck, Ming.

Let's wait for prlen's live report.

very impressive numbers against very capeble opponents. australia finished 4th in the olympics. italia, finished in the top 8, and yougoslavia ( in many peoples eyes are the 2nd best team on the planet when there at full strength) whats more impressive is that the ease in which he collects those numbers, i mean in the last game he had 22 points on 8 shots i mean that is frightning

So... China beat Italy. I assume Ming performed well, since he's the star of the team and they won the game. Stats for Ming, anyone?
