Yao Ming will depart from Shanghai to Houston tomorrow!

I guess it is the fair thing to do! It is hard on the guy though. Not terrible hard but hard.

I went to Asia on vacation for a month before. On the way back, after a 20 hr flight and several hours waiting at various airports, I slept for a whole day and felt tired several days after.

It took me a while to re-adapt to the time zone difference too (when it is noon here, it's midnight there). For a week I slept during the day and was wide awake at night!
