Yao Ming, is he a 7'5 Dirk Nowitzky???

    I think Ming will be plenty quick enough at Center. You have him guarding guys that he may never guard on a full time basis. Some of those guys Griffin will be guarding. Ming will be plenty quick enough against NBA centers, some of which MemphisX listed above. Everything I hear about Ming is that he has great "footwork" and that has a lot to do with quickness and getting to the right spot at the right time. Ming will learn and get better.

    Dirk has come a LONG way in his short career in the NBA. Ming will take some time but he will get there too. The key here is that he has a SOLID FOUNDATION of which to build on. He has continued to improve and there are no signs that he is done improving.
