Bummer. Looks like she's had plastic surgery on her nose too from her Twitter page. Going the way of the fake plastic celeb. I guess Melo's going to the Clippers then.

 

Multiple reports have it that he'd sign an extension with NJ, so don't know why Melo would do that. More than likely, he'll make it known that he won't sign with the Wolves or Kings and they won't offer up much. NJ will then get Anthony for a huge discount and Anthony will be extremely happy as his new team will lose less assets. If Denver sticks to these three teams they are really shooting themselves in the foot.

 

I'd wish them the best of luck finding players who don't push for the earliest exits possible if they did this, but then even those teams aren't stupid enough to gut their team for a 1 year rental.

 

Thank God Houston, TX is the Kelly Rowland Capital of the World. Lala and Melo are coming for sure.

I wouldn't be surprised by that either... Kahn is the most unpredictable GM in the NBA and if he did go after Melo...I think his thinking would be "If we are winning...then he will have to resign!" that's if he does think before the moves he makes.

 

Yao is at the point they shouldn't be worried about surrounding him with anyone. He's not good enough at this stage to build around. He's just part of the puzzle.

As far as teams, I've said for a good while now and a guy I trust, the nuggets are angling for favors in a nets deal. It will be basically murphy,favors and a pick for anthony. He will have enough talent to be highly competitve and a young enough core to get better and he's in a large market.

 

You entirely missed the point. The point isn't actually about Yao. The point is that you need balance. You can only have players who attack the basket or play in the post, or only three point shooters. You have to have both.

 

Melo to Houston was never a REAL Scenario. Plus Denver is not going to make us stronger. I think the Clippers, Nets or KNICKS are the only real options.

Against a Lowry/Iggy/Melo/Scola/Yao starting five, teams would just pack the paint and make us miss three pointers. It's not about Yao. You just can't have a team constructed like that.
