He's 34 and hasn't been on a team that's won a championship. So, it might prove to be too enticing. (Not that we wouldn't offer him a better chance next season...)
Actually, I'd say we still have the advantage. First, he has a very good relationship with Adelman. Secondly, there is no way the Celtics make it back to the Finals. Garnett, Allen and Pierce are all getting old and washed up.
