Ok, I went in town today and got one. But I ended up with something differnt than I originally planned. I went intending on getting a Pioneer CD player with XM. But I found out they no longer make the modulator for the pioneer systems (a new model is in production but won't be out for a few weeks/months). So I started thinking of other options and found the deal I ended up with.

After checking over the differnce between XM and Sirius I found this out (DrapG you may want to consider this):

    both are now commercial free
both have the same number of channels
both carry ESPNRadio, ESPN News, etc.
The differnce in music choices is that XM has better selections of past music (90's, 80's etc.), while Sirius has better selections of current music (pop, alternative, punk)

And the real seller for me, XM has the NASCAR channel (which I would have listened to) but Sirius now has the Play-by-Play channel. They actually have 3 listed but they also close off other channels and make them PBP when needed. They have a license with the NFL, NBA and NHL to broadcast all games. Which means you can listen to any NFL game while driving in your car.

So I decided to get that. Then I find out it gets better. Currently BestBuy has a special that if you buy the antennae at $40, you get the modulator for free ($150 value). Couple that with a 10% coupon and not paying labor on installation I ended up only paying about $300 total to have everything installed and set up.
