I have two brand new 2g iphones unlocked. One does not have a box - $400 The one with box and accessories is $425 Respond in this thread or email me at mb0506@gmail.com
They are brand new. They are still under warranty from the Apple store. The phones were opened to be unlocked and tested with another GSM sim card. Thats it. Nothing else has been done with these phones.
Haha thanks for the offer but I am not considering trades. Just want to meet locally and cash. Thanks again.
Ok Im tired of all these Craigslist scammers. This is my final price drop. I don't know how you guys could find a better deal than this if you want an iphone without contract. without box - 370 with box and accessories - 400 Cash only. No trades. Local pickup. If we can meet up somewhere thats not too far from where I am (Sugar Land) then we can arrange something. Email me at mb0506@gmail.com
No offense, but you seem a little frustrated there.. I was able to get an iPhone (2G, 8GB), like new condition (admittedly not brand new...but box and accessories and NO scratches on either side at all) off craigslist for $200. That's certainly not the norm, but $250 or $300 is easy. Now if you want an iphone without contract AND unlocked, different story.. but any current AT&T customers can get it cheaper without going through you. In case you're really wondering why it's not easy to sell
This statement does not make sense. If you unlock the phones, your warranty is VOIDED. http://www.infoworld.com/article/07/09/25/iPhone-hacks-void-warranty_1.html
Of course, these phones are intended for non AT&T customers who want an Iphone. Thats why there is a premium for one without the contract. It also has an appeal to AT&T customers not wanting to get into another 2 year contract but still want the iphone. The prices really can't be beat. Not for a brand new unlocked iphone, at least. T-Mobile customers wanting a 3g iPhone are wasting their time as the 3g speed wont work. The 2g is a much more stable phone currently than the 3G iPhone. I get these from wholesalers who are telling me that the 2G phones are actually at a premium over the 3G.
It is voided, however is there no way to reset your iphone completely to original firmware? Would they be able to tell that you had unlocked it previously? I wouldn't think so, but correct me if I am wrong.
