I don’t really think he’s a fit for us. He won’t have the freedom to dribble around with harden and cp. His 3 shot isn’t good anymore. He’s in a system where he’s able to make some plays which I don’t think he gets here in Houston.

He’s not needed here. So no warm welcome. Besides, if he ever leaves gsw his play will diminish ; due to the fact that he will not get away with the crap he pulls .

The second he plays for the Rockets is when his ref immunity ends.

The only way we could get him would be in a trade and there are about 28 teams the Warriors would rather send him to. As much as I despise him I'd love to have him on our team. People hate Patrick Beverley the same way. But when guys like that are on your team you love them.

Not sure about Bev. He spent his first NBA career with us. But yeah, Chris Paul used to be one of the most hated players on this board. Now he's a hero. Melo was pretty hated too. Lots of posters defend him after he became a Rocket.

Homerism. I'm sure if the devil became a Rocket, we'd be cheering for the dude.

I'm not so sure a 28% shooter from the perimeter would be as impactful to this team. perhaps his other parts of his game make up for it somewhat but I'd rather have the DG from 4 years ago that shot just below 40% from outside

Donkey can come here only on the condition that every fan gets to kick him in the nards before the first game.

Still, I would have no expectation that he would get away with the same crap here as he does with GSW. I really have no idea how he doesn't get ejected every game... I've been noticing that he seems especially aggressive and dirty at the very start of the 1st and 3rd quarters. I suspect he does this to soften up (for lack of a better term) the refs early, so he can get away with more later.

That non-call really pissed me off. Can't believe the refs actually missed that.

Ive said this before and I'll say it again, if the refs start calling the Warriors on their BS it's because they are rigging it to return the Lakers back to a Championship level team. They can't afford to miss out on a ratings opportunity of LeBron in a Lakers uniform leading them back to a Championship. Too ..Much ..Money!!

If we win a chip I want it untainted by "they only won that because they got the Warriors' glue guy" narratives.
