Would you trade the Spurs for an NFL Team

    Football is king in the US.

    It is especially big in Texas.

    I have no doubt in my mind that any team without an NFL team would trade a basketball or baseball team for a football one.

    My guess is that most of San Antonio voted for an NFL team.

    I said no. And I have two reasons:

    1. The Spurs have, in the last decade and a half, established themselves as one of the most storied franchises in the NBA. And they are the ONLY small market team to ever really accomplish that.
    2. I don't give a **** about football.
