The ability to add Bosh, w/o giving up the necessary talent to compete, is no longer a possibility. He's no longer that type of asset. He's a different type. Because of that, he's no longer the best option.

He chose money and a "Real Houswives of Miami, P-Whipped by his wife" Lifestyle over the most legit chance to win more rings. Why on earth would you still want a guy after he revealed a true character like that?

I want guys with the heart of a champion. I don't want multi-multi-multimillionaires that choose a few extra dollars over purpose/the game/championships.

We would have had to get rid of more than Lin and Asik to have signed his this summer.

He might have been worth signing to a max this past summer in free agency. But to give up assets for him AND pay the max? No thanks.

He is never the best option with $20M salary. The rockets will not have Ariza, and a few other role players, there is no such thing for w/o giving up necessary talent.

This. Plus Miami isn't interested in a rebuild after the success they had they showed that when they threw that much at bosh. Even if the did have a bad season(which I don't think they will) I don't think they move bosh and I don't think they'd want anything from us

Only if the nba goes to non guaranteed contracts after this season so Morey could restructure his contract to a reasonable sum. Other than that, he can stay in Miami and help Wade with his lufa when they're in the shower

Rockets no longer have the cap space and they now sure as hell don't have the contracts to give up to match for trades. Maybe if they would have held onto Asik & Lin this year it would still be a possibility at the deadline, but that's done and done.

Trade targets this year are going to have more of a 7 to 16 million dollar range for trades based on what the Rockets can realistically afford to take back without giving up Ariza and/or Papanikolaou.

Noooo way. So overpaid it's crazy.

Pat Riley didn't want to see his team tanking for picks, so he overpaid.
