    - His dunk on Odom "sealed the deal" to make me want to ask everyone.

He can jump, I know he used to play volleyball so he can really get up but I dont think he has the creativity to be in an NBA dunk contest.

Honestly I would rather see Shannon Brown.

he didnt' dunk on odom, he blew by odom and dunked....and no i wouldnt consider him....he's got length and hops, but he's not creative enough to enter a dunk contest and his hops aren't mind blowing to the point where they would make up for "boring" dunks. . He'd probably get hated on for it if he entered.

I actually will say YES why not, Fruity Fernandez got invited last year or year before why not Chase. I do however agree he gives off the apperance that his creativity may not be up to par but hey we don't know until he goes for it so why not see what crazy A$$ dunks this kid can come up with.

They showed it on FSHouston several times, you could hear the crowd with a collective "ooo" everytime. Even the road crowds get into the white guy that can jump.

naa. ive seen his highschool dunk contest, sure he can throw it down, but those are mostly generic windmills and stuff and we've been seeing for years

Watch the McDonalds All-American dunk contest that he was in a few years ago. He got 2nd place but had some pretty nice dunks. He's a good dunker but he not anything spectacular that we haven't seen before.

wont matter if lebron sticks to his "i am going to enter next year" proclamation from last years contest there is no way the NBA/Sprite will let him lose even if he goes out there and does layups instead of dunks

I don't want Chase involved in anything that might disturb his rhythm.

People are amazed because he's white. Not because he's an amazing dunker, which he isn't.

Conclusion: People are judgmental and racist.

But how badass would it be if Chase did enter, and beat LBJ in the dunk contest? Whew, that'd be sweet.

what's with all these not well thought-out question?

Of course I would "consider". I would even consider David Anderson for that matter.

    lol.

Consideration buddy. Would you consider Anderson for MPV..NO, you wouldn't.
Would you consider Anderson for even the dunk contest? ..NO, you wouldn't.
