I can see where you're coming from. The guy isn't what he used to be. That is clear as day, but I just want the guy that I saw in Dallas. This isn't a guy that's going to lead us, he's just filling in for a month. That lowlights was against the best defense in the NBA last year. We've got a system here that he used to thrive in. What do you think Jerry Sloan was running over there? PnR. He hasn't played PnR since he left Utah.

I'd agree that he needs to lose weight. But if he sounded committed to losing weight, running MDmA's system, giving back his minutes once Paul is healthy, I don't see the big issue. It's slim pickens out there right now and I think he's our best option with the knowledge I have. I definitely lack knowledge of the full situation though. But that's why we're all here, to discuss our beloved Rox.

Agreed, Morey needs to find another young hungry Pat Bev instead of unearthing a decayed corpse.

Jamaal Franklin, Kay Felder, Cat Barber, etc. Bring in some dang youth with upside.

Felder was claimed off waivers by ChiTown.

Bruised knee. There is no ligament damage. They're holding him out as a precaution.

Ashley doesn't post often enough to warrant this for me yet. I could get there though.

LOL, I guess you know all about lack of upside. I defer to your expertise on the matter.

Uh, who are you talking to and who are you talking about?

Anyhoo, Jamaal Franklin does like a fast pace. Puts up a lot of numbers in China. Enjoy this video and turn up the volume to 11 if you like hearing Chinese announcers yell "Franklin" a lot.

Cat Barber has good attack instincts.

Aren't Bobby Brown and Demetrius Jackson on the active roster?

Wow Paul is gone for a month? unless you want added extra minutes and EG's fragile body we need to get someone ASAP and not a young guy. We need a vet .

Why sign them at all and have them on the roster? Aren't they supposed to get a chance to play when someone gets injured?

Yes maybe they haven't proven anything yet. At some point though the bench ought to be used.

Chicago has a bunch of Point Guards.

    But they all suck.

I would've liked Quinn Cook but he signed with GS

Is Randy Foye still out there?

To fill a roster. Quite frankly the 3rd string PG isn't supposed to be that great anyway because they are underpaid marginal players.

I would not be fixated on position even with CP's injury. I would still want to find a good passing big a la Diaw.

I agree that we are not getting nelson. But who on earth were we going to sign to play barely any minutes to none? Harden eric gordon and paul are going to demand minutes when they are healthy and deserve the minutes. The only issue I have now is why sign Bobby brown to be a third string pg if we are not going to use him in the instances Chris Paul goes down? It just does not make any sense at this point to be frantically looking for a temporary pg.

I'd be down to sign Aaron Brooks for the 50th time.
