That would be a GREAT haul to be honest. Timelord would be an underrated get - he's a poor man's Capela.

Typical Rockets luck. We have to trade the farm for decent role players while other teams trade trash for high value role players.

This isn't even about luck tbh, if we still had Anderson/Knight, a couple of picks and young players we could be in play for similar deals too, but you know, we had to trade that to not pay the tax...

A Celtics trade would be using them to get Covington and possibly Theis as well. No Hayward or anyone like that.

So basically we extract a 1st rounder and role players. Then move the 1st with our 1st to Minnesota for Covington. Theis, Covington, etc....not a bad haul for Capela.

I quickly realized this. Still hurts than James and CP don’t have rings. Championship teams do not come around often. They certainly do not come around much when your owner actively hurts the team.

If it works that way. I could understand.

If we wind up with Covington and Theis, well, that's what I called a week or two ago.

    Amazing trade for the Rockets.

SUPER smart Center. Can switch onto guards with the best of them.

As others have mentioned, it seems adding Westbrook may have spelled the end for Capela in Houston. Capela’s salary, combined with lack of shooting ability meant they couldn’t co-exist on this roster.

Also, if you look at our closing unit, it was always going to be Westbrook, Harden, Gordon, PJ and another forward. That made Capela a luxury.

Clint for Covington and Theis? I really like both players and think they would fit in well, but am i overestimating Clint's value to think we could do better?

RoCo and Theis is not nearly enough. I don't even want Theis.

Yeah you see Theis is not a big name but if your more than a fan of the game and student of the game then you understand Theis is actually a steal... especially for our offensive philosophy. I hope this exact scenario happens.

Seeing Theis listed at 6’8 for a center may just seal the deal

Seeing that folks are willing to pay a grip for D-Lo makes me upset Durant and BRK helped GS get him, instead of losing Durant for nothing.
