With Dooling available, would you take him to play Luther Head's minutes?

Barry has played for five teams so he did not benefit from just "one good situation" - he played well (for a player of his level) everywhere. He is not a gret defender but he is better than Novak and Redick, he is a better passer/ballhandler than both (especially not good for Redick who should be a PG), decent rebounder, and even gets some steals (team defense vs individual).

Redick and Novak can only shoot - and Novak couldn't shoot his first season. neither are athletic - Barry is (for his age and certainly was when he was younger).

Hayes will play on any team for longer before Redick so that would be a silly trade.
