    I suspect trump and his supporters see this as a "feature" not a defect. Using "actings" allows him to have weak people beholding to him to get his horrible ideas acted upon. His cabinet avoids senate confirmation and allows him to repeat a lie that congress is blocking his appointments.

    Well, circumventing the checks and balances shouldn't be a "feature" to anyone who is a fan of the constitution.

    But, but... trump said it was the evil democrats that were for lobbyists. I guess when trump said he would clean the swamp he meant he was going to put the swamp into his cabinet as acting members...
