Could we organise a trip for our members to Madison Square Garden. Get reasonable flight prices through a Charter Plane? If not could we have a section at Dave n Busters?

I'm headed to the draft party at D&B. Sounds like too much fun for me to pass up. Once I know who we draft, I can start posting again about the Rockets. Right now their are way too many rumors for me to deal with. The suspense is killing me.

wasnt there a huge draft party at the summit, when we drafted robert horry and everybody booed because they wanted harold miner?

    they should do that again.
not boo, but have one at the summit..
    i mean compaq center...
that is if they did it before...
maybe everyone should boo too because maybe then ming will be extra motivated to prove himself.

    :(

They've had several draft parties at the Summit/Compac Center, but I haven't heard anything about this year. My brother & I went to the Horry one(that's the only one we've been to). When his name was announced, we looked at each other & said"WHO!?!?!?"! I guess it sounded like "BOO"!;)

Why ya guys have to raggin on Bebe Jor'done? When was the last time we had a slam dunk champion on the Rockets team?

We could have had a slam dunk champion, instead we got that defensive no offense player of Horry!!! Whooooo!! Wheeee!!

You have to be in the league to participate in the NBA Slam Dunk contest.

    No Offense???

The guy is money in the CLUTCH. Ask Portland, Sacramento and NJ about that... I would take Horry back on this team in a heartbeat. (off the bench).
