So, when I was 18-20, I would deliver pizzas at a mom and pop place, so I could cook up whatever I wanted at shift end, so I pretty much tinkered till I found my perfect pizza. -My perfect pizza is a thickness between thin and normal, -We had a garlic butter I would brush on the crust -I would then poor jalapeno juice on the crust and brush it on as a smooth layer. -Thin layer of tomato sauce -Pepperoni on the tomato sauce -White cheese blend -Another layer of pepperoni -Orange cheese blend -Italian sausage -A touch of french garlic. This thing was a work of art and tasted unbelievable
Pepperoni. If getting from the big chains, stuffed crust is a must. Not a huge fan of veggies on a pizza. Pineapple is pretty good. If I go to a non-chain place, I'll branch out a little.
Grazia in Pearland has this pizza named The "John Wayne" and it has Mozzarella, Habanero Laced, Italian Sausage, Chicken, Peppadew Peppers, Caramelized Onions, EVOO
Not a fan of pineapple on pizza. Pepporoni Italian Sausage Canadian bacon Mushrooms Parmesan and red pepper packets
It depends a bit on what coupons or specials I can get, I have a personal policy not to pay more than $10 for a pizza and most pizzas at that price are limited to one or two toppings. My two go-tos are probably ham/pineapple and pepperoni/mushroom, but I also really like slipping feta cheese or bacon onto the pizza when I can, and I'm generally on board with supreme style pizzas.
