    Never be ashamed to enjoy yourself. And never be afraid to better yourself.

    And

    Dead men get skinny. And by this I mean that if you want to get in shape you have to take some time away from social circles. They will tempt you. Or at least they tempt me. It is hard to work out when you are hung over.
