Cali kids alwayssss rant about how good In-n-out is the best burger place. I think Whataburger beats it hands down. I've tried both but nothing beats a fresh whataburger. What do you guys think?

Never tried In-N-Out, but I love Whataburger. The only west coast burger chain I've tried was Fatburger, and it was delicious. How come nobody ever talks about Fatburger?

I prefer Steak N Shake. There mainly in the midwest and south. Got one in NYC now though.

Whataburger is a great burger though and In n Out is pretty overrated.

I'll take that over that "People don't think Whataburger has the best tacos, but I think we do" crap.

If you're not in Texas, it's a commercial about their tacos.

I think of myself as a burger connoisseur.

I went to In-N-Out while in Ft Worth in November. It was good, but not great. Though I'm not a huge fan of Thousand Island Dressing. I think part of the fun is ordering off the "secret menu" at IN-N-Out, unfortunately I was unaware of it at the time and didn't get to try some of the interesting combinations. From what I had I'll still take Whataburger.

One thing I did like at In-N-Out was the reasonably sized burgers. I love a big burger but admittedly they are not healthy.

Carl's Jr. is better than both of them.

It might be due to a lifetime of conditioning, but now that I've actually had In-n-Out, I can say for sure that I prefer Whataburger.

In-n-Out wasn't bad at all, but I don't see why people wait in those huge lines for it.

    *shrug*

They just opened an In-N-Out burger at Precinct Line Road and 121/183 in Hurst...right down the road from me about five minutes.

I still haven't gone or eaten there.
