WH Health Care Advisor: Principles for Allocation of Scarce Medical Interventions

Basso I'm an independent and very open. I would like to know what it is about the new plan you don't like? Can you give me the page # in that PDF. Basically explain what you don't like about it? I hate the extreme conservatives for not at least giving a reference page # and just spewing out the Government is crooked. They are Nazi's, Socialist blah blah blah.. I want someone on the Right to explain why certain sections of the plan is bad. I'm not here to increase hate or provide fuel for either side. I just want to know what is wrong so I can do some research also.
