    It's such a coincidence that Portland was the epitome of health last year (I think the starters started all of their games) and they've been riddled with injuries throughout all of this year.

    Batum hasn't been right all season with that wrist injury plus he recently hurt his knee. Affalo is doubtful with a shoulder strain. Aldridge is playing through a fractured hand. And Lillard simply isn't as good or consistent as he was last season. He's down to 34% this season from 39% last season. I picked Grizzlies in 7 in the poll but it'll probably be Grizzlies in 6.

    This time last year, LMA would have like 12 point and 8 rebounds already and the Blazers would have 20 points.

    Even with all the injuries to Portland, I'm glad the Rockets aren't playing them. LMA, Lopez and Lillard would give us a lot of trouble. Portland only makes their shots against the Rockets. I still have nightmares about the touch fouls 20 feet from the basket.

    Lillard would have made all those three last year, especially if he was that open. But man, Lillard is sorry on defense. Feet are in cement at times.

    Conley wears a size 11 shoe? I'm always surprised when an NBA player wheres a size lower than a 13.
