Samar: your comment amazes me. At AMC24 there is always clapping at the end of movies no matter how crappy it was. I saw The Ring 2 there and people were applauding. That tells me that people feel the need to congratulate someone on their accomplishments when they infact accomplished nothing.

    I'm sorry I hated Ring 2.

I was actually kind of disappointed in the movie, thought it was funny, and a good buddy flick, but it really isn't anything to write home about. (except for the T&A

If you go back and read, I said what caught me was that people applauded in the MIDDLE of the movie during some funny moments which is something I rarely ever see

Damn, the admins are getting pretty serious about spoilers after the Harry Potter fiasco. :)

Definitely the funniest movie of the year...The first dinner scene should be in the comedy hall of fame...

Damn, I wanted to watch this last night, but my youngest sister was closing at marble slab (free ice cream beyotches!) and she would throw a fit to end all fits if we went without her. So I went to watch Charlie and the Chocolate factory again with my other sister who just came back from summer classes at SMU and my brother.

Anyways, it has a 72% rating at RT, I didn't think that many critics would like it after seeing the trailer. I'm glad it sounds good. I have one question, does Dr. Quinn go topless? I thought I heard somebody say that while surfing radio channels on the drive to work.

    Frat Pack rankings:

    Old School
    Anchorman
    Zoolander
    Dodgeball
    Wedding Crashers

Very funny movie, don't get me wrong, but after reading all these reviews, I was expecting another Old School. Mildly disappointing. Chaz did save the film from a very long slow patch.

Yes, she was topless, but you don't see anything...well, not much.

I know a lot of you guys loved Old School, but I just didn't think it was that hilarious. It so paled in comparison to Animal House. Don't get me wrong. It was funny. But, I just didn't find myself laughing that hard at it. To each his own.

Memo to self, don't take Trader Jorge's reccomendations on comedies...

I like to follow the Will Ferrell rule of comedy. The Will Ferrell rule states that the amount of laughter from a comedy will be inversly proportional to the amount of screen time that Will Ferrell has...

Definitely a must-see. Much like a lot of people above, I laughed so hard I cried at several parts.

And it IS better than "Old School." Trust me...

Oh, and by the way...I know there's all this talk about Diora Baird, but am I the only one who wants to get with Rachel McAdams after seeing this? All the "Notebook" fuss aside from the chicks, she is smokin' in this movie. Just my 2 cents...

No, you aren't. She was definitely the hottest chick in the movie, IMO.

    I'd go....
    Meet the Parents
    Old School
    Zoolander
    Wedding Crashers
    Dodgeball
    Starsky & Hutch
    Anchorman

I thought Anchorman had some funny moments but there were way too few of them.

     SPOILER

Here is a site that has some rankings for the frat pack movies http://www.the-frat-pack.com/chart.html. However, it does mention the Sixth Sense type ending for Wedding Crashers which my previous post got edited for so enter at your own risk.

    SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!

You know, that's still a spoiler. There's a huge difference in waiting on a surprise ending and not even knowing there is one. Thanks.

Did you guys notice the next frat pack movie? It's another Owen and Vince vehicle

This and and Ferrell's NASCAR comedy are gonna be awesome. I have faith in the frat pack.

Movie was hilarious, I would put it up there with Old School almost. Laughed throughout the entire movie. I highly recommend it

I always wonder why people liked Zoolander so much. I just didn't get it.
