We ruined our own offense for this ****. 23 seconds of dribbling to get switched on Curry. So that he would be worn out. How’d that work out? Meanwhile Harden just dribbles the ball off of his foot because he can’t pass anyone. @fchowd0311 tried telling you guys years ago. Harden isn’t even that good of a ball handler. Missing point blank layups. At least 3-4 three pointers blocked. No rhythm. Walking up and down the court. Lazy ****ing effort. Games like this are trademarks of Harden teams. Laziness is infectious.
Mostly agree. This was very Game 6 Spurs series, though not quite to that degree. Rockets looked like they did not care from the tipoff. Deserve this loss, and they probably lose Game 4 as well. The Harden hate is dumb, though. He played real bad, but now we're saying he can't pass anybody and isn't good at dribbling? lmao. Calm down. Whole team sucked tonight.
You have the biggest harden bias of anyone on this forum. That’s the only thing that is dumb. Go watch a replay of the game. He has games like this with his lazy ass mentality where he can’t pass his defender for the life of him. How many times did he turn it over trying to iso tonight? Whole team sucked because harden dribbled the air out of the ball for 23 seconds every play. Role players don’t carry teams.
There is no offense. That's the whole problem. Iso and pnr can work against most teams with great players like Harden and Paul. It falls apart against the best teams and best defenses like Golden State. Having no real offensive system bites you in the ass in games like this.
I dont think you guys realize... this is why you force the Curry switch. You make him play defense for 24 seconds and he magically struggles on offense too. If Steph starts going, then the Warriors start going.
I honestly don't see a single difference between a Mchale or Dantoni offense. Can someone tell of a difference?
This is a ridiculous take. Harden was the only person creating any offense for most of the night and that's even with missed layups. When he sat in the first it was tied and it should have been a lead. When he returned I'm the second they were down 10 and the Rockets basically played them even the rest of the half. And that is with a ton of easy missed shots. The biggest negative for Harden tonight was some pretty bad defense but the main problem was missed layups and CP3 couldn't keep us in the game.
Maybe Harden can get crossed up by Shaun Livingston some more. Dude looks like he’s standing in ****ing cement. Games like this are the identity of Harden teams.
At first you could tell there was a HUGE difference, but now it's regressed back into Harden holding the ball for 20 seconds.
Man you really need help. Creating 100 s of all this alternate accounts to troll about Harden is the only one actually that looks like a basketball player. Typical Lin troll. Cp0 sucking it up but you come after harden. Lol Lin fan dork
I get the while iso philosophy against teams where it is favorable to do so. But we need to incorporate more up and down screens with more players moving around. I think missing a lot of the easy shots we missed early in the game messed with then psychologically amd gave enough time to the warriors to find their footing. Gotta come out with a enforcer mentality and focus in game 4 or this series is a done dotta...
This game was incredibly frustrating. Like seriously? What is this team? This is not the same team that won 65 games during the regular season. Lazy, half hearted effort. Almost pathetic. But with that said... whether we lose by 2 or by 20 or by 50, it's just one game. If we are able to steal game 4, then we will be good. I know, that may be a big if.. but still.
well its especially tough when you don't play with any effort. i dont understand how you can go in the WCF and have this poor of an effort. the played like they didnt even want to be there. they were smoking layups like it was preseason. that is what is so frustrating. i cant help but blame james and chris. the other go as they go. im disappointed in cp3 because he hasnt been here before. you would think he would truly be balls to the wall. guess not.....
Actually we lost it when D'Antoni took harden off in the first and scores were level. The Warriors then closed out the quarter strongly
