Should of been a 3rd strike called on David Wright.

I started watching in the 3rd. That could have been a 1-2-3 inning for Oswalt if Wright and DeRosa didn't botch that play on Suzuki. Wright did a good job of keeping it in front of him but his throw was wide and DeRosa had the wrong foot on the bag.

Having said that, Wright is a stud.

Oswalt looked sharp in that inning. Good movement on his pitches.

Oswalt is looking great. We need to bounce out Dice-K.

Hit the ball toward Dunn and good things will usually happen.

This feels like back when Team USA basketball lost in the Olympics. It's like a collection of stars vs actual teams. The U.S needs to better prepare for the Classics and bring their best players or else the MLB will start looking weaker and weaker.

The problem is we didn't get too many stars to play for the US, unfortunately

they are in the semifinals, and it's a 1 game series. it doesnt matter if they have 8 roided arods out there. anybody can win 1 baseball game, roy had a bad outing, and japan is good and the defending champions. we had a plenty good showing.

Is Jimmy Rollins hurt? If not, isn't it kind of ridiculous that he's the DH and Jeter is starting at short?

I don't care if he's not ready for opening day Joe Morgan. Not one bit.
