    It is part of being a fan, unfortunately. In Appel's case, I don't get the rush to judgement after a rocky start: appendicitis, tendonitis, it all factors into the equation.

    Re: 'Dre, I really think the scorn/hatred/vitriol was miscast on him when it should have been on his advisors (*cough* uncle *cough*) the whole time. I think he's received a ton of bad advice, but I hope that chapter is behind him now that McNair seemingly gave him the "you're not going anywhere" talk that should have been had back in the spring.

    High five, man. We're all hoping this fall/winter is loads better than this summer has been for the fans in H-town!!
