    My wife does. I don't remember what goes in it, except that the key is a freekin huge jar of chinese red pepper powder. I can only find that stuff in Louisiana for some reason (she is from NO).

    Tip: Take canned corn, and peel the label off the can. Punch holes in it with a knife and throw it in the pot. That **** is unreal. It absorbs the flavors better than mushrooms - fantastic.
