Violation of Gag Order or Election Of A New House Speaker

Need a definition on "violates gag order." Is this what we perceive to be a violation, or does it need to be recognized by the issuing judge as such?

I ask, because Trump will try to get as close to the edge as possible and operate in a gray zone of plausible deniability and everyone is going to debate whether he did or didn't actually violate the gag order, and that maybe the judge is afraid to call him on it (he already started immediately after the order was made). So, I move that the judge has to find him to be in violation for it to count.

In which case, I'll vote that they get a new speaker.

 

Trump is more reliable than the House. I vote for the violation of the gag order (attacking witnesses, prosecutors, or court staff in the January 6 insurrection case).
