if we sign derrick rose, we could give both harden and cp3 some rest and STILL have 48 minutes of ELITE point guard play.

I don't understand why we want a 3rd PG any way since MDA isn't going to play them when Harden and CP3 are healthy...which defeats the purpose of having a 3rd guard...

To his credit, he did play Markel Brown some but only because EGo was sidelined.

he wasn't in their to play with the ball. he spelled some minutes by playing defense alone

I thought Rose was going to follow in the footsteps of rapist Jazz legend Karl Malone

Derrick Rose is not washed up. He's simply not a superstar caliber player anymore. Can he still play? Ofcourse, in the right system. But just because a guy isn't his former self doesn't mean he can't contribute to a NBA roster. I think Rose needs to find a team he can come off bench for and play spotty minutes

Damn I don't remember us having Vin Baker but the other thing that sticks out is that WE STILL GOT THE SAME DAMN JERSEYS!!

Yeah sure. He'd be a perfect fit off the bench for ~10mins for the Nets, Grizzlies or Hawks.

It's hard to believe Rose is only 29.

That's what happen when god gives you a great body, but no brain.

Same thing going to happen to no brain game in Westbrook and John Wall.

Guys like Harden,CP3, Curry will still be on top of their game at age 33 because they are skilled players.

Wait that not fair. U could of said the same of lbj. The only elite skill he has is his court vision. Everything else is the product of his physical make up. Size strength speed. So idk what u mean with the Westbrook comparison. Basically. If he gets hurt, like what most player would hamper thier ability to be the same.

you dont become the best player in the world by just being simply elite at court vision.

Care to elaborate I know he is elite. Mostly because he is 6 9 250 n fast as a guard n strong a a power foward. If u have those trsits u will be really good. Then u add in elite vision. U a great. He doesn't have a elite shot, n elite dribble. He attacks the paint. That's strength n speed. I consider a skill passing shooting oh n defense. But of course u would be a good defender. If u possessed strength of a power forward and speed of a guard and being 6-8 like automatic I could do that is u gifted me those physical attributes

Doesn't defeat the purpose if one of those guys is hurt alot. That's insurance. Because the drop off if one of those guys is hurt is alot
