Wild to think that Rodney Terry has won four tournament games in two years while Shaka went 0-3 including a loss to Abilene Christian. He isn't a perfect coach, but he's been better than expected.

Stealing this from another bbs: Terry has won as many tournament games in 2 years as Barnes, Smart, and Beard combined from 2009 to 2022.
Barnes and Smart have had no trouble having success post-UT. Given UT football's struggles during that period too, it seems like the problems were more systemic across the entire athletic department.
