i feel bad for the guy. he lost his father and it's clearly effecting him. when was the last time he has played this bad? does anyone know?
He hasnt officially missed the cut...but its very unlikely enough players will fall behind him to be in the top 60
so predictable....if he played like crap this Open it was because of his father on his mind, and if he won the tourney, it would have been an inspired performance because of his father's death.
Agreed...Isn't this the first tourney after his father's passing...It would be hard for anyone at a major, let alone after what happened...
My point is that he has a better chance of being within 10 of the lead than he does of finishing in the top 60. Oops, never mind, I didn't see that Stricker had already finished the day at 1 under.
