    I've done business deals with quite a few members on this BBS in the classified section, and there are a handful of people on this site who I know personally that can vouch for me. I also have an ebay account with a score of 80 and 100% feedback.


    And to put any other minds at ease, I am not doing this just by myself. This is a joint effort with Clutch... he is also helping out by providing Contributing Member Status to all those who donate, just like with the tipjar, so I am providing him with a list of donators.

    profj- Good idea but I cannot edit my original post at the moment... look for a new thread specifically for donations later.

    All I heard today was that he's doing fine, but has a long road to recovery ahead of him.

    I may find out more tomorrow if I talk to R2K's family, I sent an email to his wife but I'm sure she's very preoccupied with other things at the moment.

    But as far as I can tell, looks like R2K is gonna be ok.

    My bank account is only set up on paypal at the moment, it would take a few days to set up a new account system.

    Shouldn't be a big problem, man. If it were for exchange of goods, I'd see the skepticism, but... this is a donation... you can trust PayPal and moes won't run away with your money. Just do a one-time transaction and you're done. Don't be scurr'd. :eek: I just gave some dough.

    No, I have legitimate legal reasons for not using paypal. Using paypal could serious f*** me over. Otherwise I would.

    I also know Moes personally, and am 100% confident that he would never screw anyone over in matter like this. If he did, I'd be the first one handing out baseball bats along with his name and address. :grin:

    My grandpa had triple bypass surgery for a heart attack a couple months and now he's walking again (in his 70s).

    here's for a full recovery for R2k
