    I plan on calling Jacksonville the Jaguires from here on out through eternity the same way I refer to Arlington’s baseball team as the Ramgers. Thank you for this late night treat. Go Texans!

    I have been calling them the South Oklahoma Strangers. Just like the most appropriate Washington Commies, which I'm sure at least 10 million people thought of as soon as they announced the name.

    Only if he does it in the first half before they go 3 yards (at best) and a cloud of dirt strategy.

    There was speculation last week on 610 that the Texans @ Jets 12/10 would get flexed to Monday night and the Packers @ Griants would move to Sunday Noon. If we win this weekend that greatly increases the chances.



    The new flex rules.
    Weeks 13-17
    "Thursday Night Football" games must be flexed much earlier than other slots, as the league says it must make a decision no later than 28 days before a game.

    Weeks 5-17
    "Sunday Night Football" flex decisions must be announced at least 12 days before a game between Weeks 5-13 and at least six days before a game from Weeks 14-17.

    Weeks 12-17
    "Monday Night Football" games are also now subject to flex scheduling, but only during a limited window. The NFL can flex games into the slot at its discretion and must be announced 12 days before the game.
