That was a G rated fight.

    Very dissapointing.

5 rounds he does anything he wanted with him.

Like dana wanted it to go 5 rounds.

Morales is back boxing wanted to know the outcome of that one, and Abraham just got DQ for hitting while an opponent was down, but looked staged to me...

Very boring fight. I'd like to see what GSP can do moving up in weight for a couple of fights. Lots of heart shown by Hardy. Tough dude.

On another note, Carwin looked good. Real good. I'm hoping that dude can take out the biggest douche in MMA....err...check that......sports.

GSP needs to have that super fight with Anderson Silva but who knows if that will ever happen. I wouldnt mind seeing GSP vs BJ again. Both have relatively cleaned out their respective weight classes, and BJ is going to straight dominate Frankie Edgar. Hardy had a 10% chance of beating GSP and Edgar has about a .001% chance of beating Penn.

I would like to see Hardy fight Paul Daley. Both are tremendous strikers and would make an exciting stand up fight

LOL, I'm known for something.

Sorry, I was at a bar in Clear Lake for the fight. Should have stayed home and saved the wasted cash.

watch GSP dry hump another man for five rounds...

    wow

Anderson Silva finishes fights, BJ Penn finishes fights, so does Brock but GSP on the other hand does not finish...

He will not engage because he fears getting put on his ass ala Sera....

GSP dry humps decisions just like Fitch....

    **** that fight was Terrible...

GSP has finished his fair share of fights, and if Hardy was a normal human, he would have finished this fight twice before the 5th round bell sounded.

He fights smart, Hardy's strength is in the stand up and his weakness is on the ground. GSP is a great striker but he's a far superior wrestler/grappler. Why should he play into Hardy's strength and keep it standing when he knows he can take Hardy to the ground at will and Hardy can do nothing about it? In a fight, one punch can change everything. Taking Hardy's ONLY opportunity of winning this fight away from him is why he's the reigning welterweight champion.

Dana said at one time a super fight with Silva was in the cards until he saw Anderson move up in weight and dominate. White went on to say that Silva was just to big for GSP and it won't happen

Funny, GSP sure did beat the hell out of Penn and finish that fight their last meeting. Was it a knockout, no, but Penn was completely battered.
I think we are going to see an even better GSP next time out, he's not happy at all with his performance

Yea, I didn't think it would happen, if at all soon because of Silva's want to go through the light heavyweight division.

Back in 2008, I went up to Vegas and attended UFC 91: Couture vs Lesnar at the MGM. The next morning we had to catch a flight at like 6 am so me and my buddy hopped on one of those airport shuttles. The only other guys on there with us were Anderson "The Spider" Silva and some other Brazilian guy. I was pretty shocked he was riding on the shuttle like a normal person.

    ...Cool story bro I know....

I'm not one of those guys who will drop that line, I appreciate the story.

Silva also recently suggested he wanted some fights in the heavyweight division, craziness. It wouldn't surprise me if it happens, that he wins some fights there

Where were your seats at MGM? I just got tickets for UFC 114. Is the arena small enough to see everything from the seats that are further away?

Yea the arena is pretty small (which is good), it fits about 14,000 and we were towards the top but the view wasn't bad at all for being "at the top". It was my first time watching a UFC fight live, and its a different experience not having Rogen there to talk you through situations and the cage kinda obstructs your view but its still a great time. If your staying at the MGM as well you'll get to see alot of fighters walking around the casino. I'm a short guy but I walked past Joe Stevenson and I'm bigger than he was. Nate Quarry rode the elevator with us right after he got his nose smashed in.

For some reason, i don really see the determination for GSP to finish hardy. I mean all he did was take him down and trying submissions on hardy, he wasnt even trying to pound him for a TKO.

I swear if GSP wanted, he probably couldve shredded Hardy's shoulders with the armbar, but I guess he's just too nice
