lol Anderson could have finished this fight within the first 10 seconds if he didn't screw around.

Silva vs. Jones? Silva vs. St. Pierre? or Silva vs. Machida?

If it was Sylva against all three, I still wouldn't bet against him.

he's so good, most of his wins all look like the fighters took dives from weak looking punches. Add another one by knee.

Silva's reaction: Good game... good effort.

Silva is a product of the weak competition.

I agree. He's cemented his legacy, but I really hope he takes the Jones fight b/c it's a win-win situation.

If he wins then it seals the deal for GOAT status regardless of what Jones does going forward.

If he loses then it was just his age catching up to him (he'll likely be 38/39 if/when this fight takes place) and it does little to take away from his career. He gets a huge payday and I think any dumb notions of him ducking anyone (which only came up w/in the last year) are washed away.

He's both a p***y and a smart guy for nothing taking the fight. Fans in MMA turn on a fighter as soon as they lose, doesnt even matter what age or condition, just look at Fedor. Even for GSP, that Serra fight is forever a dent on his legacy no matter what.

Silva knows he has a chance to beat Jones, but he also knows that if he retires now without fighting Jones he would still be the undisputed GOAT, so why risk a loss

I see your point. Either way, BOTH guys don't want to fight each other so I just don't see how this fight gets made.
