There is a good chance I am going to this one. I like Sonnen, but his act is getting a little old. I'm gonna be pulling for Silva in this one.
Fighting in Brazil would be a bad idea for Sonnen.. What if a riot breaks out?? Especially if Sonnen wins...
One could only hope to see Chael Sonnen brutally murdered in the streets of Brazil.....but I would rather see Anderson kick his face off in round 1 instead.
4 Observations: 1) Chael is as funny as ever. After he answers, there is dead air and DFW was trying hard not to laugh; 2) The fight is not happening in Brazil. It's in Vegas as July 7 is near 4th of July and people will flock that place and I mean flock. 3) Asked about Lyoto and Shogun, DFW said that they will be fighting in the US. One commented that they would be great TUF Coaches and DFW agreed. 4) Nice post. Repped.
Man......I can't wait for this fight!!!!! So glad they changed this to my 30th Birthday!! Get to get hammered.....have some good food.....and finish my day with a NEW......UFC MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPION!!! War Chael!

Sonnen will kick Silva's ass back to Brazil, he'll wave the American flag while celebrating to this tune... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/GGuhZvO1DKg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
This card is absolutely STACKED. On paper, it's the best in MMA history. Renan Barao's a stone-cold killer and multi-year champ in the making, and his bout with Menjivar is buried beneath a handful of colossal fights. This event's going to absolutely shatter all of the company's PPV records.
Looking at that card it's like a World Cup or Olympics. Fighters representing different countries like the USA, Brazil, England, Mexico, Canada, Russia, Japan, Greece, Korea, Vietnam, and even El Salvador. If Ivan Menjivar wins, you know all the Salvadorans will jump on the bandwagon and Cung Le is the only hope for the Vietnamese fighting pride right now because Nam Phan is not good anymore since his fight against Leonard Garcia last year in Houston.
Silva must've gotten paid big $$$$$$$$$$ to agree to fight in Vegas instead of Brazil like originally planned.
