Round 1 Machida. Machida looked amazing. But Jones got him down, cut him, rocked him with a little superman punch, and then choked him within an inch of his life. Great fight!

I'd still give it to Mir, the tumbling required for the kimura was more impressive.

I thought Lyoto did the best anyone could to Jones, He was the last puzzle Jones has to solve before total domination. Honestly I'm impressed that Jones has a good chin and can survive deep waters.

Next up, Hendo bombs, look for Henderson just wing that shet for 3 rounds and gas. Or somehow he catches jones with it.

A fighter to the bitter end. You're still my favorite fighter Lyoto. Karate is still alive!

This was one of the best cards in awhile.

Sort of reminds me a little bit of Hendo-Silva at UFC 82; challenger clearly wins round one, putting the dominant champ in positions we've never seen him before, then gets one opening in the 2nd and takes full advantage.

Man, at this point is there anything stopping Jones from breaking Tito's record for title defenses at LHW?

    Pretty good night of fights.

As a big Jon Jones fan, it was good to see him take a square hit to the face and recover quickly. But during the break after the 1st round, Jones looked seriously worried. I'm glad he was able to work through it.

Machida seemed to slow down drastically in the second round. Jones' take down seemed too easy, and it was all downhill for Machida after the big elbow to his forehead.

Looking at 205, there's not a real challenge left for Jones. He has finished all the top contenders. I think he should make the move to heavyweight in 2012.

Rashad Evans is left..although he'll probably lose too, he's a contender.

I haven't kept up with ufc events in a while, but was this the best card lately? Jones-Machida was really exciting, but half of the other fights were done in the first round.

And lol at Homanick hopping around wanting to fight after getting ktfo.
