Sonnen could've won but the idiot got a little greedy. Should've stick with the same game plan like the early rounds.
Crazy ****...Sonnen is much a beast on the ground. He's so suceptible to submissions, though, and that will always be his downfall. If he had any power he'd be a demon.

Sonnen dominated that fight, but his punches from top didn't have much on them in the later rounds. In the last couple of rounds, it just looked like Sonnen was trying to smother Silva's breathing and throw weak punches for the most part. If he could work on his elbows and not sitting up and offering his arm for a submission (!), he'd be damn good. When he took Silva down from basically a sitting position, I knew he was a hell of a wrestler. That's no small feat. He basically handed the fight to Silva, and I can't stand that b*stard.
Sonnen beat Silva silly and still lost, in the last seconds. Wow, he had it, so close, disappointing. I thought Silva would knock him out easily in the first, but he is much better than I thought he was. He really backed up all the trash talking. A must see rematch. Perhaps the best UFC fight ever.

Really? You think that's the best UFC fight ever? I thought it was just pure domination for about 4.5 rounds and then a submission from a mental lapse. I was pulling for Chael, but I sure didn't think that was a great fight or anything.
