So I've got Twitter built into my phone, and I figured I'd might as well start using it. Only thing is...I have no clue who's worth the "Follow". As of right now I've got a couple Rockets players, Daryl Morey, and Chad Ochocinco... For those Twitter users out there...Who do you follow? Any good ones out there worth it? Since the GSP fight was this weekend, I thought that "GSP" or "#GSP" would be a good search on Twitter. uh NO. Bad Idea! NSFW twitter account pictures for some reason. Was out of there too fast to know what was going on.
Yeah, I haven't found a single one to follow yet, and it's why I feel too told for twitter or something. I'll check out the ones you all suggest in this thread though. ****mydadsays was funny for about three posts and then, meh. Seems pretty fake and repetitive. The extent to which everyone cites that one twitter account is, to me, big evidence that twitter is just not that great. It's good for self-promotion and certain business angles, but I still don't see the entertainment/recreation side of it working at all.
If there is something you want to keep up to date on then twitter can be a good resource. I mainly use it for soccer updates, by subscribing to a handful of journalists I can quickly see what's going on by checking it 2-3 times a day. I mix in a couple of humorous accounts to keep things interesting.
