How come when someone posts an article they need a link but when content from twitter is posted the rules are relaxed. Here is an example: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showpost.php?p=6977240&postcount=577 I think that ClutchFans should require that people that post the twitter content should be required to embed it using the Embed This Tweet feature. Moreover, if the source is the real deal a blue check mark appears next to their name. This removes any ambiguity or name change as we saw yesterday with stephenasmifh. Just a suggestion to make this awesome site even better.
Because twitter doesn't own the copyright on shared tweets the way a newspaper or website does on articles, every tweet according to their TOS gives them and any twitter user the right to distribute and republish it.
