That doesn't really make sense...what would the point be? Trick us into thinking Hanks shot her, but really the deaf guy did? Not sure what purpose that would serve.
I loved the movie Fargo. But, I really didn't know what to expect from this TV series. I haven't been disappointed, it's a great show. I love all the cameo performances. Lorne Malvo is a bad ass. They say this is a true story. I wonder how much of it is really true? Because this is one crazy story.
Thanks, yes the movie was based on a true story. I'm wondering how much of the TV series is a true story? They say it's a true story.
They use the same text that they use at the beginning of the movie. It's one of the things that tie the two together. The movie was not really based on a "true" story, at least not to the extent that the opening text claims. It took elements from multiple cases and weaved them together into a single fictional narrative. At best, the show is doing the same thing. But it's also possible it's completely fabricated and they only claim it to be true simply because the movie did too and because it puts the audience in a different mindset.
Last night's episode was absolutely fantastic. The whole series has been, in my opinion, but it just seems to get better and better.
Agreed. The actress who plays Molly was just fantastic last night. Didn't realize this was her first major work, and she's from sugarland!
Really looking forward to watching this after Game of Thrones and Orphan Black are finished. Don't really like watching too many shows at once so I'm holding out, but it's tough when the show's getting such good reviews.
Yup, a little slower than the past couple, but that's to be expected. That preview for next week has me really excited haha.
I was starting to think last night's episode was the finale the way it went. But, glad I was wrong. Not sure how many are left? I could watch new episodes of this show forever. The whole cast is fantastic and the camera work, etc. is top notch. I wish it would never end.
Yeah. There has been some word from Noah Hawley that he would make a 2nd season but with different but tangentially connected characters. How is this season going to end? Lester and Lorne must face off at some point. Yeah, I went to church with her in Sugarland. She sang with my dad once and put him to shame.
