   Back in Oct Forbes ranked Phoenix America's 14th safest city even with all the kidnappings. That's amazing for a city that also happens to be the nation's 5th largest.

   Here is the deal Americans feel fear in every situation that goes on because of the 24 hour news cycle. Their is no increase in crime there is just an increase in coverage.
