I have a prediction: a few weeks after schools open, we will see a significant spike in cases. Agreed?

    Nothing says "calculated" like:

"It’s going to disappear. One day, it’s like a miracle, it will disappear.”

He also recently doubled-down on that. At the time, I think we were around 150,000 American deaths.

Question - how many US states have seen a spike, then got it under control, then saw another spike after re-opening? It seems to me the states that are flaring up now never had their "initial spike". Louisiana might be somewhat of an exception, as they had a bit of a spike early, but it never caught on throughout the state. States in the Northeast had their spikes early on, and we're just now seeing it in the South.

If this is the case, it suggests that after the initial spike and the 2-3 month pain period, it tends to not flare up again. Perhaps because far more people have had it that is reported.

You can't look at the US as a whole on this one, because geographically the states are so far apart and different parts of the countries are going through their spikes at different points in time.

    Is this a joke?

Like 90% of Americans have not been tested for coronoavirus. Now Trump wants to test everyone at the border or what? But in America, you can test positive and still be a waiter at a restaurant. Are waiters allowed back into the country? And you know . . . our testing problems! blah blah . . . coz we're a 3rd World country and all jk

So . . . this "banning re-entry" is just for people who are coughing super-bad, or what? Details are sketchy.

You are either as dense as uranium, or very deliberately ignoring the facts. With all due respect. Over and over again, members go to the trouble to present the proof of trump’s failure, his continuing failure, to effectively lead the country early on, when we could have prevented the worst of the catastrophe we face now had trump not ignored the facts and warnings being presented to him, instead “wishing it away.”

Now, months later, we are obviously a massive failure among the developed countries of the world. The data proves it. trump’s response? He continues to blatantly lie to the country about our dire situation and to lie about the difference between those countries who actually have had effective national leadership and our own. The graphic I posted proves it, and you are either consciously misrepresenting the facts, or you are unable to read a chart a child could interpret.

You obviously didn't read the articles. It had more to do with than that in how leaders lead throughout the pandemic compared to us.

It's pointless trying to make him understand. He, @bigtexxx, @Trader_Jorge and a couple others just spurt stuff out on here and act as Trump trolls. No matter how poor our leadership is compared to other great leaders they just can't see the difference, or simply refuse to. They are just like the man they idolize and defend. Ignore science, present false facts, show no empathy or remorse, and never admit Trump screwed up, and continues to do so no matter what. He throws the blame on everyone but himself and just lies compulsively when things go wrong.

I've decided FINALLY to just ignore them all. Nobody believes them at this point anymore anyway.

Data proves it? Actually there are many Western countries such as the UK and Begium that lost many more lives per capita.

Without Cuomo's absolute disaster in NY, our numbers would look even better.

Check the facts, Deckard. Less emotions, more facts would be an approach that would serve you well.

Strange then, that I also can supply facts that show a different interpretation - is it not?

The information about how much each country is surging is in the link that I provided. Most of the EU is better than the US. Also since they have shown the willingness to do what is necessary to deal with the problem, they will flatten the curve again whereas, our leadership continues to mishandle the response.

Again the United States is 4% of the world's population and 25% of the world's cases. We've done a crappy job in dealing with the pandemic.

True, I did not read the articles. I am fortunate enough to have a job be it a busy one at times.
However, my reply was a valid one which noone refuted except to pass er, compliments.
If I was to post a bunch of links, how many would read them all?

And we are rampantly surging, we have not contained any of this, even though Trump was warned in NOVEMBER!

And still to this day, has NO NATIONAL PLAN.

Actually you can try but anything other than a shallow off-base look at the stats would quickly dispel the idea.
