He was told to stop detaining illegal immigrants, he refused and he lost his job over it. Why should it be more than that?
Not a fan of ole Sheriff Joe. Pardoning him and the timing of it shows Trump is tone deaf. Obama, Clinton and Bush all have had questionable commutations and pardons. What bothers me about Sherriff Joe is that he was in charge of a police department and not simply a private citizen.
LOL whatever makes you feel better. You do realize that there is a serious problem with illegal immigration in southern Arizona though right? Have you ever been there? Nevermind, I'm probably wasting my time trying to talk sense into people that just go around looking for excuses to pretend to be outraged. By all means, pretend that you are outraged, it's not like it matters anyway.
Absolutely apples to oranges, one is letting a terrorist go free the other is not making an old man go to jail for doing his job in a way that didn't please a pro-illegal immigration judge.
LMFAO kinda like your 8000 posts a day from your mom's basement matter here anyway. I feel sorry for her. But then again, maybe she deserves it for how you turned out.
The "old man" described his own jail conditions as a concentration camp. Who is the terrorist? Anyway, again one spent 35 years in prison. One spent 0 days in prison.
So, who is actually defending this pardon on its merits? Almost all of the pro-Trump people's reaction that I've seen is "but Marc Rich..." and variations of "other pardons also bad" rather than a defense of this pardon actually being the correct thing to do. Here comes Pablo:
He'll take whatever position here gets him the most 'interaction', since he has none in real life. Outside of his mom.
Who is the terrorist? The terrorist.....this shouldn't be difficult to understand. As to the jail time spent, one was a literal terrorist and really should have spent every second of the rest of his life in jail and the other did something that should have cost him his job because it was technically illegal, but jail time would have been excessive and was unnecessary. It's just not an issue.....and yet
Yeah, it's sad but a good call. I put him on mine when he unbelievably was supporting the (alleged) murderer in Charlottesville with all kinds of alternative "logic." He's just not in a good place right now.
The best way to respond to bobbytheflake is to reply to my messages, since he's apparently too much of a flake to handle the sad truth of his life, so he blocked me. Unless his mom made him do it. That b****.
