Not sure what his leanings are but the judge in the Manafort case is getting death threats and now has US Marshals protecting him. What side do you think is doing that?
Must be raining in NJ, as trump starts the weekend off with bizarre thread of tweets complaining about false claim that social media is censuring conservatives like him... and as usual, his lies are easily proven... And here trump is calling for new outlets critical of him to lose their licenses:
That's true, but why didn't the tweet mention it? It just seems like the tweet gives off a false sense of what happened, and it would cause those who don't look into it further to embarrass themselves....as happened in another forum earlier tonight This poor soul was duped by a tweet and clearly didn't click the link to look into it any deeper or he'd have seen that he was wanted for murder in the headline.
So you think your average juror would fear which American more: an average CNN viewer who doesn't like 45, or an average FOX viewer who worships 45? Hmmm... which one could be worse to a juror who did something the viewer didn't like?
Please do read more than just the tweet. I read it and then post it after believing that ICE lied. He was picked up for not having an ID. Now, I wonder how did ICE KNOW he was wanted in mexico for homicide when they picked him up without knowing who he was? Unless they have been monitoring him for some time and knew exactly who he was, they clearly lied about the reason for picking him up. Further evidence that they lied is in their paperwork makes no mention of the homicide. It's likely that because this became public, they felt the pressure and just decided to lie about it. That's what unscrupulous organization and people do. -------------- SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA) — A newborn is without his father Friday after immigration agents detained the man as he was taking his wife to deliver the baby. Security video from the gas station of Joel Arrona being detained (L). Wife Maria del Carmen Venegas is seen on the phone inside the gas station convenience store in San Bernardino, Aug. 15, 2018. “I feel very bad right now,” Maria del Carmen Venegas told CBS2 News in Spanish as she held her baby boy while still in her hospital gown. Her husband Joel Arrona-Lara was driving his wife to the hospital for a scheduled Cesarean section Wednesday afternoon when they had to stop to get gas. That’s when their car was approached by two SUVs. Maria said they were officers with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The mother of five was then asked to show her identification and complied. When the agents asked Arrona-Lara, the couple said he didn’t have the ID on him, but that they lived nearby and could go get it for them. The agents then asked Arrona-Lara to exit the vehicle, searched the car for weapons, and put Arrona into custody, leaving Maria alone at the gas station. Security video shows her visibly upset inside the convenience store. Maria ended up having to drive herself to the hospital to deliver the baby. “My husband needs to be here,” Maria said. “He had to wait for his son for so long, and someone just took him away.” Maria told CBS2 Arrona-Lara, who is from Mexico, has never been stopped by police, and that he’s never been in trouble with the law, not even for a ticket. However, ICE said Saturday Arrona-Lara was picked up because he is wanted by law enforcement authorities in Mexico on an outstanding homicide warrant. An attorney representing Arrona-Lara on behalf of the nonprofit San Bernardino Community Service Center said those charges are unconfirmed. Emilio Amaya Garcia told CBS2 he has been in contact with the Mexican consulate who said it currently has no information about ICE’s claim. Garcia added Arrona-Lara’s detention paperwork shows he is in custody for being in the country without documentation. In the following statement from Friday, ICE makes no mention of homicide charges, only that Arrona-Lara was taken into custody the agency’s “Fugitive Operations Team”: “Mr. Arrona-Lara, a citizen of Mexico illegally residing in the United States, was taken into custody Wednesday by ICE Fugitive Operations Team officers in San Bernardino, Calif. Mr. Arrona-Lara is currently in ICE custody pending removal proceedings with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). “ICE continues to focus its enforcement resources on individuals who pose a threat to national security, public safety and border security. ICE conducts targeted immigration enforcement in compliance with federal law and agency policy. However, ICE will no longer exempt classes or categories of removable aliens from potential enforcement. All of those in violation of the immigration laws may be subject to immigration arrest, detention and, if found removable by final order, removal from the United States.” A GoFundMe account has been set up to raise money for the family. It wouldn't matter if CNN wasn't the network making the attempt to reveal the jurors names/addresses would it?
I'd be all for arresting him just on the fact that he's in the country illegally. What do I care if you arrest him when he buying groceries or taking wife to hospital to give birth? But damn the left media is awful.
You might care if the woman had to drive herself to the hospital and went into labor while driving and then accidentally killed someone because ICE arrested her husband while he was driving her to the hospital but that's far too rational for you. It might look a good bit better if they'd showed some care and concern for a pregnant women about to give birth.
People can feel free to read the spin from his wife and his attorney if they want, it's still where you posted it, but that's not relevant to my answer to your statement. I dismiss your conspiracy theory as being fairly outlandish and hilarious.
She wasn't about to give natural birth, she was about to go to the hospital to have a planned c-section.....and the hospital was 2 miles away. She was perfectly able to drive herself but she was upset that her wanted murder suspect husband was arrested.
As usual with rl posts, this is BS. For a news site that was "burying" this story, they covered it daily, sometime multiple stories each day. These are things that make the "fake news" story seem even more fake... https://www.cnn.com/2018/08/13/us/new-mexico-compund-suspects/index.html https://www.cnn.com/2018/08/15/us/new-mexico-child-abuse-suspects-bail-law/index.html https://www.cnn.com/2018/08/14/us/new-mexico-compound-suspects-summary/index.html https://www.cnn.com/2018/08/15/us/new-mexico-compound-family-friend/index.html https://www.cnn.com/2018/08/16/us/new-mexico-compound-body-identified/index.html https://www.cnn.com/2018/08/14/us/new-mexico-compound-investigation/index.html https://www.cnn.com/2018/08/17/us/n...-abdul-ghani-wahhaj-how-it-started/index.html
