So....he's talking with someone to the side and he is telling that person he "thinks they(person he is talking to) said they were going to test that". It is then clear that the President doesn't pay attention or doesn't understand conversations that he has had, because no reputable medical doctor or scientist would test either of those two options (UV light inside the body, injecting disinfectant). And folks question Biden's mental acuity.....

The President has had to have more explanations of what he has said (right or wrong) than all Presidents throughout the history of the USA.
Give me one good reason to take you seriously at this point. I do believe that Trump is probably alluding to some recent medical experts recommending that the lights some hospitals use be manufactured and placed in high traffic areas such as subway stations, but he obviously didn’t understand the science even though it’s pretty basic stuff and the whole injection of disinfectant things is just ... yeah. Even if in the most charitable of interpretations he’s still an idiot, and the worse thing is he and his cult followers will never clean this up by admitting he didn’t know what he’s talking about.
