As a recent example, app developer have access to a subset of user face data used for authentication by apple on their new iPhone X, but they may only use it for limited fx. However, the trust is between the developer and apple. If a popular app decided to collect and use the data in other ways...

These things outline a need for consumer protection and a need for Congress to be on top of the technological changes... there should be severe penalty for abuses of privacy and biometric data.

Here’s the deal Buck, Trump has been scrutinized more than any President in history relentlessly. People paid to come out and talk whether true or not and we all know its a Dem wet dream to impeach him. There is so much crooked crap that goes on in Washington period regardless of who it is that all you can hope for is he does right by the country and it’s people. Let me ask you the same question I asked someone earlier and never got a response. Are you worse off now under Trump? Is solving the immigration problem not a priority? Is putting Americans back to work not a priority? Is putting America first a bad thing? The media has undermind this presidency from the start which I think is far more shady and dangerous.
