    Let me guess, we lost, couldn't score 100, and everyone else shot fairly well, except for battier? :rolleyes:

    Melo was actually the only starter for Denver not to shoot over 50%...

    But taking Battier away from the team would effect the team defense enormously. It would be like taking Dwight away from Orlando(not to "that" extent).

    But Rudy Gay is still a better player that Battier...
    So therefore if you were the Rocket's G.M. you wouldn't take an upgrade.

    Don't trade him just give TWill more minutes Battier should be used more selectively imho...he seems to play a lot better when rested anyways

    I love how the Battier apologists have come up with the "he makes opponents work hard for their 30+ points" as he gets torched left and right.

    I agree, Battier has been hurting this team. His defense is not what it used to be and his timidness on offense makes us look like a hockey team playing short-handed. Time to see more of Lee & T-Will.
